Services & Rates

Initial Consultation

Your FREE initial consultation will include intake questionnaires, goal setting, medical history, initial assessments, and scheduling.  This will be set at a time that best fits your schedule and can last half an hour to an hour.  You will be able to ask questions about nutrition and training, share past experience with diet and workouts, and discuss any medical concerns you may have pertaining to training.

During the consultation, we will decide which of our programs would work better for your goals and what your personal needs are to reach those goals.  All that will be left is to sign you up and get you on the road to reaching those goals.

Exercise Therapy & Corrective Exercise


Injured?  Arthritic? Getting older?  All of us face these at some point in our lives. 

If you have had an injury, surgery, or rehab and you still are not feeling "back to yourself", I can help you.  Most insurance companies do not offer enough coverage for Physical Therapy to get you back to feeling "100%".  This is where Exercise Therapy and Corrective Exercise step in.  I can build a program to pick up where you left off with your physical therapist and continue to help you heal and get back to what you love.

Rehabilitation at 83 yrs young following a couple of falls at home and using a walker (not much longer).  Always upbeat and anxious to work.

Total Body Fitness & Nutrition

The Total Body Fit system is built on scientifically proven techniques and nutritional coaching. Our classes are scalable to meet all abilities and experience levels, but no matter where you're starting from, you're guaranteed to take on a dynamic total-body training system that is well-rounded and incredibly effective.

Total Body Fit is tailored for building strength, conditioning, and mobility for long term health.  Scheduled 5 mornings a week, Mon - Friday @ 7am and 3 nights a week Mon, Wed, and Friday at 6:30 pm for a total of 32 classes a month.  You come in when your schedule allows you to make class, twice a week or every class it is up to you (and your body).

Reinvent

     Our Reinvent Program is a 12 week Strength & Conditioning program that is designed to quickly help you:

1. Lose weight.

2. Increase your overall strength.

3. Increase your self-esteem.

4. Teach you how to live a healthier lifestyle.

Nutrition/diet coaching, discipline, consistency, and accountability will all be keys to reinventing yourself in the program.  As such, you will have access to me for one-on-one sessions for up to 5x a week.  You will have check-ins with me via text, each morning on days that we do not meet to allow me to go over and answer any questions and help guide you through any troubles that you may be having with your lifestyle change.   This program aims to quickly put you on the road to a healthier lifestyle and teach you how to continue living healthy far into the future.  Together we will reinvent your body, mindset, and self-image while we work hand in hand to achieve your goals. 

     The sessions in this program are scheduled to allow us to work one-on-one so all our focus will be on you.  This program is designed for those who are serious about making positive changes in their life.  This program is a lot of work and will test you, but I guarantee you will see and feel the differences.

From 302# down to 225# in about 8 months.

I used this program multiple times myself.  These pictures are of course not just 12 weeks apart.  It takes more than one run through to get this type of result typically.  If you want extreme results, be prepared for Bodybuilder level dieting.

Warrior Wrestling

Our Wrestling classes are designed for all ages, 4 to adult.  3 days a week working strictly wrestling techniques, drills, and live wrestling to prepare our athletes for high school, college, and beyond if they so choose to wrestle at those levels.  1 day a week we work strength and conditioning that will translate to any sport that you decide to play and build the confidence, self-esteem, and respect that only wrestling can. 

In the spring, our Wrestling Club competes in the freestyle and Greco-Roman season for those interested in competitive tournaments.
